Ingredients: Organic oregano, Organic extra virgin olive oil
Please consult with your doctor or medical professional prior to use, especially if taking medications. Do not take while pregnant.
To use: shake gently, add 3 -5 drops of Oregano oil to water up to 3 times a day. A sensation of warmth is normal.
External use: Apply liberally once a day. After using, you may experience a heat sensation which is a normal reaction.
It is suggested not use consecutively for longer than 30 days at a time.
